The Senior Partol Leader or SPL is the most experienced boy who is responsible for runs the meetings. The SPL reports to the Scout Master and gives directions to his ASPL and the Patrol Leaders.

The Patrol Leader or PL gives direction and guidance to his patrol. The PL is responsible for assining duties for his patrol during outings and during the interpatrol time of the meetings. The PL reports to the SPL and oversees his APL and the scouts in his patrol.

The Quatermaster is responsible for the troops equiptment and supplies.

The Historian maintains records of all current and past scout. He also keeps track of all major events in the troop.

The Scribe is responsible for recoding all infomation discussed at the SPL meetings.

The Assistant Senior Parol Leader or ASPL assists the SPL in running the meetings and provides a backup incase of the SPL's absences.

The Assistant Patrol Leader or APL assists the PL during outings and the interpatol time of the meetings. The APL provides a backup if the PL is absent.

The Grubmaster is incharge of his parols food during outings. The Grubmaster is responsible for shopping for the food.

The Librarian is responsible for maintaining the toops merit badge books and other literature.

The Troop Guide is responsible for encouroging and helping younger scouts. The Troop Guide reports to the Assistant Scoutmaster.
